Sometimes when I dream, I'm me but in another person's body. Like I once dreamed I was one of my guy friends, it was very creepy. Any thoughts on why? Its very hard for me to find any info on it.

I have that kind of dream too. I don't know what it means. I have heard several theories though. Either you wish you were more like that person or you empathize with the person or you feel like you need to see things from another's perspective or possibly you recently discovered something that you and the person share or have in common that you didn't think about before.

  3. I'm people who I don't know, have never seen, contacted etc. a lot, it's not creepy, it's the same as a normal dream, just a different construct.....

Perhaps you are curious about the lives that other people lead, and this is a safe way to explore and seek answers.

Thanks for the theories. I know that I can really relate to the person I've been dreaming about and that there is something I'm trying 2 get in2 that they do. So this really does help. THANKS

I always seem to be myself in my dreams. I can't recall any dreams in which I was someone else.
