well it is not unique in the sense that it hasn't been discussed before, but it is unique in the sense that it underepresented and underdeveloped

every "anarchist" who really starts talking about their view of a government feels that there should be one and so doesn't know what the word anarchist means, or is so painfully stupid that they really feel that there should be no government.....
