i'd just let her know that it's ok for her to not shave for you, that you prefer hair but you aren't gonna be offended if she still shaves (hey, maybe she finds having hair there a turn off for herself)

and dont' get too hung up on your "perfect" girl, no such thing exists. even if you can find someone who physically fits what you want, their personality is probably going to be such that you can't get along with her
