foul smelling chunks from back of throat

sometimes I get these coming from the back of my throat, anyone know what Im talking about or what they are?

 

Yeah. It's quite common. It's a calculus of food. Basically like tartar, but it collects around the tonsils.

Smells really foul.

This things get stuck in my tonsils, I have holes in my tonsils anyone wanna explain that? So I have to pick these white pieces of crap litterallty out of my tonsils... but wtf do Ihave holes in my tonsils?

 

go to the above site to find out about tonsiliths. those holes in your tonsils mean you probably need them taken out... sounds gross and the site above says you probably have chronically infected tonsils...good luck

 

They are called white stones. You don't need to get your tonsils taken out from them. They are compressed food particles, bacteria, and dead cells that collect in your tonsils. They are then forced out of your tonsils, and if they burst in the back of your throat or what not, then it can cause bad breath, etc etc.

 

No shit homes but don't you think if my tonsils are constantly swollen and I'm getting fucking craters in em that I can stick my finger in it might be an idea tog et em removed. Doesn't seem to healthy eh'.

 

Omg...I have these toooo! For me it seems certain foods stick right to my tonsils and then i get those yucky smelling white things....one of my tonsils is always swollen....I have been told by one doctor that they are abnormally large but no reason to take them out. Then most recently had a new doctor almost freak out cuz they were so big and said "You would definitly be a candidate for the surgery"...it sucks though...i want them out...but don't know if I can afford it....(

 

Theyre like big chunks of sick-coloured foul smelling stuff. I get em too. Sometimes they get stuck in my throat. Ewwy

i KNOW exactly what you guys are talking about....those things are so gross! supposedly there is a place that you can press that will eject that gunk right out, so it won't build up. haven't tried this yet - not exactly thrilled with the idea of forcing my finger down my throat!
