Plant PRoblems (nitrogen)

I have 5 plants growing as of now. BUt the are all little seedlings thats just sprouted. the thing thats wrong is that one of my sproutlings has yellow tipped leafs. I know that when this happens, there is not enough nitrogen. ( I hope I am right) Is this commen in young plants and if so how do I fix it.

Plants don't need any nutrients for the first 2 weeks.
Christ doesn't anyone here ever read a grow book?
You've probably got crappy water i.e. loaded with chlorine. Use water from one of those pay dispensers at the store or let the water sit out in a bucket for a few days before using it.
What kind of light(s) are you using?

 

I am using one aqarium light , that gives of only light form the blue soectrum, and one full spectrum light bulb, And I did read a grow book, "Indoor Marijuana Horticulture" But there is nothing like asking some really people and getting there advise. But I guess U dont know that yet. LOL

P.S could I use purifed water, or is that gonna still have clorine in it.
