I got caught with weed and a glass pipe (read "I gotta vent" if you want details, but it's long).

So I'm thinking, if I quit and get it out of my system, then when I go to court, say I regret smoking pot and that was the last time cuz I can't afford to risk getting in trouble again (college issues) and I pass take a drug test, will they go easier on me?

And in Ohio, what would likely happen? I am 17 and this is my first offense. But they also know I was smoking before driving to school.

I can't do that because the cop said she wasn't gonna get this job she was trying for because of it. And it was my pipe and weed. So I had to admit it already.

 

hmmm. I guess you just gotta get clean, pass a drug test, say you're changed and hope for the best.

 

they wont go easier on you unless your underage or if its first offence. most likely youll only be on probation with drug tests and something like community service.

Yeah just go clean for awhile so you can/will pass a drug test.

shit man that sucks!!! i hate how people'll call the cops on somebody that's not really doing anything bad. i mean come on they were just smoking a bowl, what's the matter with that?

 

I don't think you can get student loans now. That's one shitty part of it.

 

Is it decriminalized in your area? If it is, then you gotta go though all that probation and community service just 'cause your a minor. Adults only have to pay a fine.

Atleast, thats how it is in Colorado.
