family guy is one of the most hilarious shows i've ever seen, cartoon or not. is family guy still going on, or did they stop writing new ones? i rarely get to see it here in pennsylvania, they play reruns on adult swim a few days a week but thats about it. the simpsons is still my favorite of the two, but mainly due to the longevity and depth of the characters and community of springfield.
That show is so damn funny, i can watch them over and over and still crack up every time. I think there is three seasons? already out, and cartoon network signed a contract for two new ones, woohoo! i cannot wait.
Yeah Family Guy's easily one of the best shows of the decade... well, technically it's last decade... but it still owns this decade... they should have new ones aired on Cartoon Network. It probably will have a more hospitable slot on a cable channel, as it was reactionary fervor from parental groups, conservative church groups, and other killjoys that got the Fox network to cancel it.
Im counting down the days to the new season like its the second coming! This show gave my life meaning in dark days... love it!
I love Family guy, Im teaching ESL in China, and with NO tv worth watching family guy has been a life saver i have probably watched the first two seasons over 100 times and i can still laugh at the jokes. fav episode will have to be Road to Rhode Island where brian goes and picks up stewie from palm springs.. and the trip home is hella funny. It doesnt show dirt
Family Guy is the greatest show ever created, aside from perhaps MST3K. Seth McFarlane + the other writers on that show are geniuses. Can't wait for the new season!
