    in Haarlem, Noord Holland, The Netherlands. October 29th and 30th. Willie Wortals Sinsemilla Coffeeshop. Festivities start at roughly noon. Featuring the "Nolypmics" of cannabis. Multi smoking contests by tokers for tokers.
