I know you can't literally talk to them, but, aren't there like some forms of communication? If so, could someone please help me with them?
wat do u want to communicate with. i used treats to get rats to come wen called. i had one that was very keen on coming to me wen i called. he knew there'd be chocolate waiting. he's hop right into bed and want his treat.
My friends dog actualy listen's when ever anyone talks, its werid i was saying something and his dog was looking at me as if it understood english, it even sat down and paid attention to me. This dog even watches the TV also. I asked him what's up with your dog does it understand english?? the only answer he gave me was she's always been like that.
I talk to my animals all the time. My cat even knows the word "milk" and that I keep it in the fridge. If I ask him if he wants some milk, he runs over to the fridge and starts to meow. I think communication also has alot to do with the tone in your voice. When I sound happy, my animals know it and they seem happy as well. When I sound sad or angry with something, they also react to that. Animals are alot smarter than sometimes given credit for and they do their best to communicate with us. For instance, my cat has different meows for different things. If he wants out, he has a deep long MEEEOOOOOWW. If he wants attention or to come in, its a small high pitch "meep". And if he is content, he makes a meow that sounds like a bird, with the pitch broken up. And when he is chasing after my dog (she doesnt like him and runs from him, but he seems to love her) she gives these short and loud "mew, mew" , as if she is saying "come back here!" Communication with your animals is easy if you just try to understand them....I think animals are always trying to understand you and it is sorta a give and take thing. I cant speak for animals other than dogs and cats and birds though, as I have never had any other types of animals. Except a hampster....and he didnt seem to understand shit
I'm pretty sure animals understand more than we realise they do. Once you get to know them then you'll figure out a language of sorts. Branwen seems to communicate through body language (being a rabbit, she doesn't exactly bark or anything) it's fairly obvious how she feels. I just talk to her as I would another person/child. She gets the idea and understands simple things like 'wait'. TTFN Sage
I am able to speak to many animals, trees, and plants through energy. It is kind of like being psychic, but I can feel their frequency, and give off my own. It may not be "talking" like humans do amongst eachother, but we are communicating on a whole different level.
Both of my dogs understand a few words that are linked to their basic needs. They know their names, sit, no, good boy, eat, food, bath and out. If I say "eat food", they go nuts. If they come up to me and poke me with thier nose and stare at me and I say "out", they blaze to the back door. If I say "bath", thier heads drop down.
heh..i'm talking like, look into their eyes and they understand you or something...sounds weird, i know lol but I saw somehwere about tosmething liek that
I think your right because on top of what i was saying about my freinds dog, it always has some level of communication involved. Like the time he was barkering at my friend at 5am to go out for a walk, its pretty funny because i was sleeping over and all i see is his dog walking over to his bed and start barking. he didn't come over to me but towards the dog's master, so obviously his dog was trying to communicate to him something.
Animals can understand much more than most people give them credit for. They can feel a lot of what is going on- they can tell if you are sad or happy. Whenever I'm down my dog comes over and tries to cheer me up. If you get really close with an animal, its as if the two of you can communicate without the use of words.
its no joke. you can talk to them. And they do have a good grasp of languages. but you need to know them and you need to understand them as much as they you. You can't just expect to talk to them in your own language and ignore them when they try to talk to you in thiers. Each animal has its own type of language. Most animals are keyed on body language with simple verbals. a few are mostly verbal. If you truely want to talk to animals you need to open your mind to thier own language first. Understanding them will show you how to speak to them in a way that they will understand you better. Sure most any dog can understand words we use and the smartest ones can understand alot of words. But there is never real understanding between caretaker and dog if the caretaker blinds themselfs to the dogs native language. I wish you luck in finding this path to enlightenment. You can find addional help by reading some books on animal behavors. Knowing the basics is the key to understanding more complex emotions and thoughts. And dont forget.. Animals are every bit at complex as people are yet at the same time more basic about their needs and abilitys. But they want everything we want at heart. Love, Sex,Food, Shelter and comfort. and peace of spirit from the knowing someone else is watching out for them.
