is it a bad idea to not eat for 24 hours and then eat shrooms? would it make you feel sick... what about if you eat like nothing all day... or what if you eat alot... does it really make a difference?

either way you may feel sick. have you done mushrooms before, and if so how have you felt coming up?

its not too big a deal, but i would recommend eating lightly all day before you eat the mushrooms. don't eat too much bread and stuff right before, it will sit in your stomach like a brick. don't eat too much really greasy or fatty things like fried food, lots of cheese, etc.

eating mushrooms on an empty stomach will hit you faster, but if you get sick feeling and have to throw up you'll probably just get the dry heaves, which can actually be worse than vommiting. if you have a full meal in your belly, the mushrooms will take longer to come on but you'll probably throw up, which isn't fun.

ideally mushrooms should be taken about an hour or two after a light meal/healthy, decent sized snack. enough time to have it settled in and somewhat processed by your system already. having a little food helps prevent the mushrooms from coming on TOO fast and gives you something to expel if you must, but having not much in there helps you from getting TOO sick if you do have to throw up.

if you get sick on mushrooms a lot, a good idea is drinking mushrooms tea instead of eating the mushrooms. pour hot (not boiling) water over your mushrooms, which you must chop or grind as fine as possible. let them steep for about 20 minutes with a bag of some strongly flavored black tea and some honey. sip this slowly, over the course of about half an hour, because since you have the psilocin and psilocybin in a liquid extract now, your body doesn't have to go to the effort of digesting the mushrooms first - it just goes straight to absorbing the drugs, and if you chug it it can hit you in as quickly as ten minutes. the faster it comes on, the more likely you'll get sick from the come on. usually though sickness isn't caused by the drug itself, but rather as a physiological reaction to having to try to digest the mushrooms.
