Hello, my given name is Toby. Poet_Moon_Shine, Zen_Poet_Moon. But I ask that you simply call me Moon. I am here to draw inspiration, to find a place to escape from the harshness of a world so full of malice. I will never say that I hate life but the world can be unforgiving sometimes. I hope to find a home here and meet some free thinking beautiful people. A little about my life thus far. Born the son of a pentacostal preacher, raised in a severly conservative house it would seem that I would have a difficult time finding my own way but when the world came around I believe it may have found me. Joined the army right out of high school. It would be an understatment to say that I didn't know what I was getting into. I spent fifteen months in Iraq fighting a dirty war, fighting to come home. I lost a best friend and brother on a foriegn soil, and I thought I had lost heart for a moment but in the end I found myself a better soul. I believe that is enough of your time for an introduction.
