I never knew puppets could be so gross.


But that's probably a big reason why it was so successful with its teenage target market.

I'm not a teenager, yet I thought it was a great satire on Mainstream America's world view, and its many underlying hidden psycho-sexual motivations.

 

I suppose that's the genius of it; their humor works on two levels.
The glaring swearing/sex/toilet humor, and then less obvious satire.

Can understand and appreciate both

 

yes. people only sit and watch the pictures float into their heads. if there is an obvious joke they eat it up, otherwise they dont think. they just sit and stare.

 

I loved that movie. The puke scene was good too. Not quite as good as the sex scene though of course.

just the theme "America!!!! Fuck Yeah!!!!" is a great way to look at how the majority of todays society thinks of the US. Destroying the eiffel tower and the louvre means nothing cuz... "America!!!! FUCK YEAH!!!! we saved you.. you'll be alright now."
