Havent u ever noticed when flipping through channels how the volume varies on each one? WHAT THE FUKK!? i can be calmly watching Aqua Teen at a nice level and suddenly switch it to the news to have the aura dissolve away by the annoying blast of volume. What do you think, should I write the FCC and fill them in to get their shit straight or what?

What'll really blow your mind is that commercials are 20% louder than the content.

  3. it's because there is a set colume level, but most content is still analog, and the people setting the volume level are controllers in dark rooms, each thing is a different volume, just to try and get everything on one channel one level is an are form (which most people can't do

to get it across all channels would be a miracle

when all content and commercials are digital, and all stations refit to digital volume (and controllers aren't needed any more) you'll have your fixed volume,

be about 5-10 years in smaller markets

    2 in big ones

especially the commercials, indeed, but do you agree the FCC has the applicable power and ability for all station's transmitters to do it now aside the loners in a dark room?
