President Bush said today he takes responsibility for any government failures in dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and said the disaster exposed "serious problems" in the country's ability to respond to calamities such as a terrorist attack.

i saw he said that but he's not fully responsible in reality....if you appoint someone to do a job, you shouldnt need to baby sit them.

Bush is just a puppet for this Democracy of hypocrisy. The power belongs to the people, but most people just don't care. It is much easier to have a scapegoat to blame when something goes wrong. Don't take this the wrong way, I want bush gone. I think, yes, he should be impeached. The problem is, once we get rid of him, some other moron will take his place. People need to be educated, and take the power back. By force if need be. We all saw how well voting works..... We need to start over. The common person needs to have a real say in what goes on, instead of the rich having the power, while the poor go and die fighting for what the rich believe in
