I've read that 319G the spot of the mississippi gathering is no longer accessible due to the storm. Brooklyn is where I met my husband Loren. We've stayed under the bridge there, we burned my bus down there (in the woods), we ran from the feds there (in the woods)... We haven't been able to get there to the gathering, for the last 3 years. We were planning on being there this Thanksgiving. Where will we gather now? I doubt any of the family we where going there to see will be on-line, but you never know. Missinhippie was a rough one, but there was also a lot of love there.
I always found the De Soto to be very magical place.

Hey now... we didn't burn the bus down on purpose.

We can't get that far north right now. We put our oldest son Marley, who is 8 into public school, so we are limited on how far we can go right now. Shawnee was my first gathering years ago. Really we find that gatherings aren't all they should be nowadays. We are saving up money at this very moment to buy land, and set up a permanent kitchen/rainbow land.
    peace to you
    lisa
