Okay im think about maybe one day living in amsterdam but i have some questions. Is there much of a countryside in holland? Do you have to reinstate as a dutch citizen? How is the biology field in holland as far as jobs go? thanks
also what about apartments and houses? are houses pretty hard to come by and expensive compares to american homes? I imagine they are but i really dont know. I probalby wouldnt drive to much (probably take train and bike most of time) if i did have a car i'd try to ship it oversees but that too i don't know how much it will be.

umm well this is a fourm and usually when people ask questions they are sincere about the questions they are asking and want them answered. So i wasn't really looking for someone to tell me to read all the other posts out there. Kinda rude actually. i mean if you didn't want to answer the question why did you waste the space? you want to live in amsterdam, yet on in the countryside? we do have a countryside, although around amsterdam and the other major cities youre never far from anything. and houses in that area are expensive aswell.
dont mind him, he's rude 99,99% of the time, and also seems to hate holland even though he lives here. also, the site he suggested expatica isnt the most postive forum. sure, some of that stuff most be true, because every place has its downside, but on there they can only talk about the downsides and if they cant think of enough, theyll make them up.
