Lemon Balm Is Good For A Relaxing Tea And Peppermint Is Good For Digestion. I Also Grow Lemon Grass, It Makes A Good Tea. When I Make A Tea I'll Start With A Tea Bag Of Green Tea Then Add The Other Herbs, Or Spices Like Cinnamon Etc.

very few people properly brew green tea, and they make it taste terrible. green tea should have a VERY delicate flavour with absolutely no hint of bitterness or rough flavor...but most people tend to try and brew it the same way as black tea, which WILL ruin it to the point of making it undrinkable in some cases. there are many different kinds of green tea, and different types have more specific necessities to be perfectly brewed, but in general almost any green tea will be ok if you brew for no more than 30 seconds or so at most. generally i brew only for about 20 seconds. use water that is really quite warm, but not so hot you could come close to scalding your mouth with it. do not use boiling water under ANY circumstances. i really recommend loose leaf tea, but some of the pre-bagged green tea is decent.

green tea shouldn't need to be sweetened, but if you do put in only a little bit of sugar or honey....honey is preferable to most people.
