    It's not "croche", It's Jim Croce, he was a folk rock singer from the late 60's/early70's. He died in a plane crash in 1973.

    it's on Silver & Gold from 2000
    one of my fav songs right there...what Joe did with that song puts Lennon & McCartney to shame, even if for just one song

    never got into Bowie...i liked his whole Ziggy Stardust thing...but when the 80's came around..he turned into a sellout..

    I'm not wanitng to be a dick or anything, but isn't the point of this thread to make a comment about the music, not just to say you don't know it? I make a point of not posting my song unless I know the song/band previous to my post... wouldn't it be better if that happened across the thread? Just loads of people, not just yourself have done this... is it just me?

    hell, I'll reply to The Libertines. :rolleyes:
    They're pretty awesome, one of the better Britpop bands that's emerged during the last few years. Its a pity that they aren't together anymore, they're much better than The Babyshambles.
