what food is it ok to drop?

Does toast ever land butter side up? Everytime I drop a piece,the butter side is down
I do the 5 second rule in my own house as long as it's not something "sticky".

 

I won't eat anything that's sticky off the ground. Anything else I just inspect, then I'll either eat it, give it to someone else to eat (assuming they didn't know it was dropped), or I'll throw it out.
