Seriously, this guy is making a strong case to be considered among the worst Presidents ever. How that fuck did people vote for this guy? I didn't understand it then and I don't understand it now. He has dropped the ball yet again. A total failure at foreign policy, we now see that he is useless as any kind of a leader. Nice non-response to the disaster, DOUCHEBAG!!! Way to overstretch our resources for your own personal gain overseas, leaving disaster refugees helpless, hopeless, and abandoned stateside. Way to cut important domestic funding for things like public safety so that we can increase our military might. You are a joke. A cruel horrible joke.

I'm really ashamed to be an American right now. At least I can say I voted against him...for what it's worth.

Why a large percentage of those men and women who would be evacuating people, feeding people, getting people to shelters, putting up shelters, in essence, building a temporary infastructure to replace the one destroyed by nature and stupidity, are now in Iraq and Afghanistan, helping the adminstration avoid having to re-instate the draft. POLITICS!!! Con games. Slights-of-hand. Misdirection.

I'm proud to be an American but I'm ashamed of the government. I was gonna post something about the lack of National Guard availability and Bush's gutting of the Corp of Engineers budget but Kilgore beat me to it. Bush has really dropped the ball on this one.

It would have been better to say that you're ashamed to be an american because people are looting, shooting at people, hindering the evacuations and other nasty shit that AMERICAN CITIZENS have done during this time of anarchy. Instead, you opt to blame just bush.

I used to be, because it is (for the most part) Bush that the world sees as representing America.

The last two Bush admininstrations were not the only ones to ignore/underfund basic infrastructure repairs/improvements.

Sadly there's a long history of this...

 

well right now they blame bush for the levee break , give it a couple days i'm sure some 1 will find a website with "proof" he started the hurricane.

Yes Bush caused/knew the hurricane was coming but didn't warn anybody so that the ensuing disaster would take attention away from Iraq, and plus the globalists want us all herded into evacuation centers so disasters like this will make sure we obediently follow orders next time.

Futhermore it raised the price of oil and as everyone knows he is an "oil man" so therefore it helped him.

For those Americans who think that government is going to swoop in and save them, I suggest you go look at the FEMA web site, and make special note that you are not considered "Americans", You are not considered "US citizens". You ARE considered FEDERAL Civilians, or FEDERAL Citizens. Make what you will of the "designations", but the bottom line is that the government is into protecting itself- those who are not important enough are left to fend for themselves. There is no more notion of "Civil Servant" within government anymore.

President Bush II is a great man and deserves as long of a vacation as he wants ~~ and for all those protester cunts,,,, i'd just like to remind them that we have a volunteer army -- nobody was drafted, anybody serving,, and anybody killed, signed up for the shit they marched into
