Do all hippes smoke?

I don't think so. I Only joined here becuse of the vegetarian and Gay forums and some other forums as well, but not hippy. I am not a hippy. I was born in 1992, nowhere close to be a hippy...

But Do you guys really smoke Pot?

 

Um. No, no I don't. Haven't touched the stuff since I was 15.

 

Whether one smokes pot or not isnt relevant to their 'hippyness' or really any other aspect of their life.

I do smoke pot, but there are alot of people here who dont.

It doesnt really matter.

 

I've smoked pot. It's a spiritual experience. I don't exactly have time for it right now with the classes I'm taking. I'll be taking a break soon enough though and smokin' up a bowl or two.
But smoking pot or not smoking pot doesn't exactly make you a "hippie." A hippie is just someone who's hip. Someone who's with it and knows who they are. It's a human being who recognizes their individuality typically strayed from the mainstream society.

I quit all alcohol and drugs 19 years ago. before then, yes, I smoked pot continuesly.
Being a hippie is a state of mind, an attitude not a time period.

i tend to ingest alot of plants as im into shamanism but i would call myself a peacemaker as i'm into the peace movement im not no hippy though whatever that is.

 

I enjoy toking but no not everyone smokes MJ here. It would be interesting though to see if more people didnt rather then did or vice versa.

 

thatd make an interesting poll... i still do, but definitely not as much as i used to. it got to kinda be a way to escape all the troubles i was having... and thats not all that hippie. thats just 'pothead'... thankfully ive slowed waaaaay down.

hey being born in 1992 dont mean you cant be a hippy...i was born in 1987 and ime a hippy for sure...and yeah i do smoke, but like people have said, its not a requirement or anythin, there aint no hippy rule-book

I don't smoke, maby I will some day, but not now. I don't think that you must smoke to be a hippy.

 

no nobody has to do anything to try and be something, whatever you are you'll show it...I smoke a lot, more or less, couldn't call myself a hippie, but I get along with them
