rid windows from Bootloader??

    I´ve a problem,
    but at first I´must sorry my english, sorry!
    So now to my problem, A long time ago I´haved used Windows and linux together. On tow partitons, now i want to deinstall linux because i need more space on windows for work. So Linux do the Bootloader (I can decide beetween Lilo and Grup) before the Windowsboot. How to get rid it?, the Windows command fix/mbr threat me to destroy the hard disk image.
    Please Help, thanks a lot.

    /sbin/lilo -r
    /sbin/grub -r
    du musst dafür unter Linux als root eingelogged sein
