Harassed, Hacked, and C&D'd for my Product Review

Hi guys,

I tried to buy some spring water from a vending machine, and I ended up with some purified water that tasted like doo doo. So I wrote a product review of Le Nature's ICE Water on my website. Then after a few days I get a comment from someone claiming to be the VP of the company. The next day I get a harassing phone call. It's all down hill from there: hacked website, cease and desist letter sent to my web host... Details are in the review.

What can I do?
Are the threats valid?

Is that for real,because that's messed up. I can't believe they would make a call like that. I'm not doubting you though..maybe because the front page of your site made me laugh harder than I have in a loooong time. Good stuff

 

I would consult somebody (lawyer) about this...

you have the right to write a damn review, and somebody's trying to interfere with that...unacceptable.

 

I picked up on the court martial thing...
