Will New Orleans end up under water?

On the news some people were asking if this is the end of New Orleans. Kinda freaky. It most definitely will flood though. It's so far below sea level that it's kind of inevitable.

I'm more worried about the casino boats in Biloxi getting loose and crashing into buildings or something. Supposedly the storm surges could reach 30 feet there. That could be my mom just being crazy but she was raving about that earlier.

 

They can start a new life under the sea.

God turns a blind eye underwater... wanna marry a fish or even a school of fish? Go ahead.

I hope everyone by the coast will be safe.

 

Yeah, I think New Orleans may well be fucked. But they always tend to exaggerate these things.. Supposed to be getting up to 20' storm surges here.

 

I have a sister who lives in New Orleans, she's already evacuated, took everything of value she could load into her car and a friend's van but she's concerned she might lose everything else. She lives a couple miles from the ocean but it might not be enough according to news reports. Hope it works out.

I live south of new orleans and pretty soon my trailer will be fucking demolished

[New Orleans is a cool place, definitely worth visiting. If it's still around. But I mean, it's not like they didn't see this coming..

That's all that's ever on the fucking news here, hurricane this, hurricane that. But they don't scare me. :$
