    anyone seen him live? im thinking of seeing him in october with mike. though in the recordings i have, it doesnt seem like mike's base really adds much. its all leo. i guess im just not a fan of the bass. though it would be cool to see mike live again

    And that's why he's married and has kids?

    Leo is great. Seen him four times at the Birchmere in Alexandria. He's partially deaf, so Mike usually uses an Acoustic Bass.

    Oh, and the thing about Mike and Leo is that Mike brings alot out of him. The syncopated calypso-ness. I was reading about that in an interview not too long ago. I think Clone was a great album, so I already pre-ordered sixty-six steps. I forgot to mention that my grandfather knew Leo and had a folk/bluegrass radio show for awhile, before he died.
