Festival Express

    I just purchased the 2Disc set of Festival Express DVDs. Has anyone checked these out yet? I received them Friday but haven't watched it yet.

    I've never seen it, but I've heard its great. I read some of a Jery Garcia biography once, and it talked about how the Festival express was a very special experience to the bands who played there and not just the people in the audience.

    I haven't seen the DVDs,but I saw the film in a small independent theater that was almost empty and I was very moved by it.Seeing Jerry Garcia and Janis having a blast together was great.Janis' performance made my eyes water up.She is the star of the film.I can't wait to hear about the DVDs.
