Here are some more photos from my trip to Hakone (the lovely place about two hours from Tokyo). I got them yesterday, and i couldn't wait to post them on the hipforums. That's me I explored Hakone via ropeway car. At first, it scared the shit out of me, but I enjoyed the ride. Actually, you can see Mt. Fuji in the ropeway car, but I didn't get a great view of Mt. Fuji. This is a nice pirate ship my buddy Scott and I were on in Hakone Here's a nice, little volcano.

Rashaad~ hey great pics of Japan! What is up with the ship? Is that a real pirate ship from the olden days or just some kind of prop for tourists? Japan is really a site to see....is that an active volcano? I know I owe you a messege....I have been lazy, hehe. Talk to ya soon!

Thanx for all the nice replies. Here are some answers to the questions: Fleassy: Unfortunately, I haven't been to Kumamoto - it's not too far from Nagasaki. Actually, I was thinking about going to Nagasaki in July, but I thought it would be a little expensive to go there. Actually, I just read they're cruise boats that are designed to look like pirate ships. Hakone is quite a beatiful place, and I enjoyed being there a lot. Hopefully, I'll get to see more of Japan soon. I can't wait to hear from you soon I'll continue to post more photos of my travels (In the coming months, I think I'll be going to Thailand and the UK). Ginge: Hi It's great hearing from you To be honest, the ropeway car scared the shit out of me at first. But then I became more comfortable in it, and I enjoyed it a lot. Watashi wa takai tokoro ga kowai desu (I'm scared of heights)! I saw Mt. Fuji from the inside of a ropeway car - well, at least, I think I did (My buddy Scott pointed to Mt. Fuji). I'm 95% sure I'm going to the UK in September. I'm going there to visit a friend (who is not on the hipforums), and I'll be spending a lot of time in Wales, where her family lives. But the plan is for me to end my trip in London. I'm so excited about it - I just wish September would come! Anyway, I'm very happy to hear from you
