Failing a probation test?

I'm not sure if I failed or not, he had it sent away. I'm sure there some people that have eben through this on probation on here, so will some of you please tell me what happens if you fail a drug test on probation?

failed mine....which i really didnt think i would....i fuckin lucked out....my mom is a lab tech at a hospital...and so she immediatley rethdrew me from school to take a wiz quiz...i passed....the door was closed i told the nurse i needed to wash my hands so i turned the water on leaving plenty in my hand....with one hand i put the beg. stream in the toilet then half stream in the cup end stream out....i did this with very litte urine in the cup...then i filled the rest with the warm water in my hand....still dark looking....mostly water....passed....( i smoked before school that day)

 

That's not cool to break the law.

 

And i bet you have the cleanest ass police record....dont say shit thats irrelevent and no one cares about

Smoking on probation is fucking RETARDED. If you can't stop smoking for a few months to stay out of jail you have a serious problem. JUST DONT DO IT, then you won't have to worry if your going to fucking PRISON or not.

 

I know about this cuz I've been through it. It really depends on your P O. When I failed I was given a warning. After I failed again I was sent to a rehab for 4 months. After I quit smoking and rehab , they call it abscounded, I had to go to jail for a month and a half. Go through another rehab while in jail and continue it once I was out. Finally I was off probation and made it through the whole ordeal. My advice to you is simply don't smoke till your off. If you can't stop at the very least smoke very very little. Its not worth it. The best thing you can do at this time is work your ass off or go to school. The system sucks and you are now in it. They have power against you now and believe me they will use it. Probation is simply having the police and government monitor you and now they will know you smoke pot so they'll be watching your ass even more now. Don't learn that the hard way. Some PO's will be cool if you fail others will be complete dicks about it. Then they start putting you through mental torment. Like my old PO told me I would have to go to prison for 5 years while I was in jail. That was a complete lie. The most that could have happened is I would have stayed in jail for the remander of my probation, which was like 4 months. Just don't smoke, how much time do you have left? Goodluck with it.

 

I'm supposed to be off tomorrow, I check in for my final time. I also leave for college on friday. It's been three weeks since he sent it in and I haven't heard anyting about it, so I'm assuming I passed. Is it possible that he got the results and is just waiting for me to report in this month to tell me? Or do you think if I failed he would have called and made punishment immediately?

LMAO!!! Thats the funniest shit Ive heard all week. Everybody breaks the law in one way or another. Sorry, sad but true. Wait.........that isnt sad, its reality!

 

You passed. If its been 3 weeks and your p.o. hasnt called you in, your in the clear. It normally takes 3-5 business days to get the results back.

 

mine took 2 months....but since i failed one day passed the next...they did dna...i sware on my Gmas last hanging breath...i didnt cheat....but sumhow i passed the rest of them
