As for Mtv I find a few shows on their attractive such as: Pimp my Ride, Room Raiders, and Date my Mom. And the food channels they just make me really hungry. I wish I could cook like them but really; How do you expect to have and put all that stuff and do that stuff while the person talks so fast on the tv. If you ever watch one you know what I'm talking about.
go to their website afterwards and get the recipe mmmm recipes. works best if you have two ovens, endless dishes, and a host of helpers who chop/mix/bake/wash everything for you. BWHAHAHAHAHA errr, damn.
RE: How do you expect to have and put all that stuff and do that stuff while the person talks so fast on the tv. If you ever watch one you know what I'm talking about. That's what TIVO is for. You're really supposed to get a flavor for the thirty thousand foot view of things on the Food Channel. Alton Brown rocks - what a killer idea actually taking the view to explaining what cooking DOES not just showing a recipe.
mtv eats major cock but i cant get enough of the food channel. iron chef, alton brown, emril is okay in small doses. wolfgang puck with his great cooking and poor grasp of the english language, unwrapped and various other series and specials with food that i have neither the time, patientce, money or skill to prepare. but bobby flay sucks ass
I love how MTV mostly plays shows like that rather than music these days, and still claims to be a music station
i like next and my super sweet 16 because it shows how ridiculous people and t.v. is. its so stupid its funny
I liked the MTV Cartoons like Daria and Beavis and Butthead, sometimes they show those on MTV2. For awhile I was watching Undressed (MTV soap opera). I watch the Food Network alot. I absolutely cannot stand Rachel Ray. She has a little too much exuberance for me. I really like Everyday Italian and Good Eats.
Unfortunately, I'm way too into MTV. Made...My Super Sweet Sixteen (those girls make me want to go a plus of seclusion)...The "Real" World...The horror of it all! I really prefer VH1, though. Best Week Ever...I Love The 70s/80s/Strikes Back/3D/90s/Part Deux. I'm very into pop culture.
