Oh man, I've just had my first equipment breakage ever. I've got an acoustic guitar, and one of the frets kinda "popped off" of the fretboard. I can sorta squeeze it back into place, but it doesn't seem to wanna stay, and I think it might even be bent slightly. How would I go about fixing this? Or if I need to bring it into a shop, how much would they charge to fix something like that? Thanks...

My advice is to bring it into a guitar shop and ask for someone who has guitar technician skills.... You could probably try gluing it yourself, but as we know, guitars are precious and you don't wanna risk hurting your baybay.... It shouldn't cost too much to just get it refixed.

I don't mess with fret jobs, take it to a pro.

Well, first of all, you'd need a fret hammer... But just find a tech.

Yeah definitely take it to a tech. You could ask the tech to show you how its done so u can try if it happens again. I got a tech to show me how to change the intonation(sp?) on my guitar when I first needed it done and can now do it myself fine.
