Hey, The cute feety pins are still available, I brought about 2 dozen of them to the Jersey Shore and I sold out without even really trying, mostly females bought them but some of the "foot" guys loved them. I never heard of that one.
They are designed similar to the old "hang ten" logo from the 60's and 70's which was a surfers clothing company. But later evolved to mean just "barefeet". You see them in diners etc with a circle around them with a line across which means barefeet prohibited. In general it just indicates simply barefeet. I never heard of an anti-abortion group adopting it.
