Well this seems to be a step in the right direction, but simply allowing medical users to grow their own weed and make oils, butters or tinctures from the organic buds would be much wiser. I have to wonder why GW Parmeceuticals puts this interesting warning at the bottom of their facts page: "The patient and their partner must ensure reliable contraceptive precautions are taken during treatment with SATIVEX® and for at least three months after they stop taking SATIVEX®." Is this because of some nasty chemical by-products they have deliberately inserted into the medicine so that people won't use the stuff to get high? Or is it just hype? Cannabis isn't know to be a mutator of genetics, but some of the drugs GW Pharmeceuticals make probably are. IMHO I wouldn't use this chemical derivative unless there was no other way to get my hands on some weed. The medical benefits of cannabis use are almost endless, from MS to Crohn's Disease and more. I have seen miracles occur when patients ingest cannabis, from tremors becoming controlled to suddenly having an appetite for food after many years of starvation at the hands of the druggists. The folks I have observed these miracles in were all previously using some nasty chemical compounds that big drug companies push on us at exhorbitant prices with exhorbitant profit margins. Be an activist! Petition your government for relief from draconian drug laws that make no sense! Peacefully, ~Payaso
it's probably because of testing issues or so that people cant sue for something thought to be a by product of their drug... JUST IN CASE..
Maybe a portion of THC that large has small to medium withdrawal effects? I mean, I smoke every day, but when Im dry for a week I do tend to get Irritated esier n stuff.
it could be because orgasm while on the drug is more intense, thus increasing conception rate. though whether this is of a magnitude to warrant a disclaimer is.. questionable
