i dreaded my hair about 2 weeks ago and they are locking up incredibly fast with the help of a lot of love and creative visualization and theyll only about 6 inches. and i saw how much pink floyd's dreads have shrunk and i was just wondering how much they have shrunk for you guys and sexy gals. i hope mine dont shrink that much, seeing how theyre not that long to begin with. so post some pics and show much they have shrunk. so some before and after pics, then and now. or just post how many inches have you lost on your dreads. peace and much love to you all and i hope your dreads lock up nicely.
Maybe this is just cause I started out with super-long hair, but I lost almost a foot to shrinkage. It took over a year for them to actually start getting longer again.
Maybe. I think for me it was a combination of really long hair, pretty thin hair, and pretty big-sectioned dreads.
Oh So Strange Indeed...when I first saw how you were locking your hair, I was kinda skeptical, but wow...those are coming along really great. You look beautiful Um, well my hair was down to my ass before I dreaded it up. It shrunk to my ears and now it's about to my shoulders. My hair grows slowly as it is...so combine that with the dreading process, and it'll probably be a few years until I get some really good length. But I love 'em all the same
