I don't really like RnB, but I like rap and hip-hop. Rap I like: Snoop, DMX, Dr. Dre.
I'm much more into real hip-hop though. I like Beastie Boys, Tupac, Cypress Hill, Public Enemy, Naughty By Nature, A Tribe Called Quest, etc.
If your really into Hip-Hop you should check out People Under The Stairs. They're cool as hell. The beats are sort of jazzy, really good scratching, positive message, and the rapping style is like Run DMC meets Jay-Z (if that's possible!, but for real). They might still be considered underground, their from San Fransisco.

There's some decent hiphop out there.. OutKast and Common come to mind. I have no real use for the materialistic rants/dance music shit you hear on the radio, tho

Rap has fallen off over the past 5 years. IMO it just got lazy.

I like some of the older stuff. Cypress Hill, Tupac and Wu-Tang Clan. The newer stuff, with the exception of Deltron 3030 and The Black Eyed Peas, I just dont like it anymore.
