My theory is, there is other life out there , and they genetically created humans as a test, using this plant, and our population got outta control so thye left us here.
Yeah, and they resemble one of my little brothers the first few weeks after he was born: tiny, wrinkled, blue, and totally out there.
No, life exists elsewhere in the universe either in the form of cells or organisms. It is to far to reach/communicate with our technology and even if one of our radio waves managed to get to their part of the universe they either would not understand it or due to technological gaps not recieve it at all. Also by the time it got their it may be thousands or even millions of years old, it even takes sunlight eight minutes to reach us.
The vision of the stars that we see is hundreds of years old, because it takes so long for the light from them to reach us. Stars we see now might not even exist anymore, but the light they sent out a million years ago has only just reached us. Think what that would mean if there was life out there. We would send out a signal and would have forgotten about it by the time we got a reply. IF in fact we ever managed to get a reply. There is life but will we survive long enough to find it?
It is selfish of us as humans to believe that this planet contains the only intelligent living beings in existence.
how arrogant of us to even question the possibility... life just has to exsist in some form on another planet...even taking into account all that is necessary for life to be created in the first place... with countless billions of planets the fluke of nature that created life here on earth had to have happened elsewhere....
