Bumped Over The Imitation Threads

 

When I was a child my family lived in a house that was haunted. I was the only one in the house who saw paranormal activities and the rest of the family thought I was just making it up but I know what I saw was real and it still gives me chills to think about it. It was always cold in my bedroom even in the summer and my room was where thing always happened. I would hear footsteps outside my door and a litttle boy would come in the room and kneel over my bed. I had a toy car that I loved. One time I heard the wheels of that car squeaking. I went into the room and a hand had my toy car. No arm, no body just a hand. I ran out of the room in fright and I never saw that toy car again. I would often wake up and things in my room would be in different positions from where I had left them. Another thing that was unrelated, on the day my grandmother died I saw her doppleganger standing over my baby brother's crib. We moved away from that house when I was 13 years old and I never had anymore paranormal experiences.

 

I heard a person under my bead banging under neath and then I looked nothing was their. Then 5 minutes later I heard it again and looked and it disappeared. It was freaky and I'm not lying. It was around like 12:30 am

 

I jsut hear stuff at night when it's late it's really creepy sometimes.

 

a couple weeks ago i was sleeping peacefully and out of nowhere woke up with this twisting feeling in my stomach. it felt like i had been punched in the gut and i began to sweat. i tossed and turned for the rest of the night unable to sleep. i had an extremely strong urge to call my dance teacher (she's like my mentor, and had been going through a rough time for the past month), but i talked myself out of it, certain she would think i was crazy for waking her up so early. later that day she called me and told me her mother had passed away last night at 3. i had goosebumps head to toe!

 

Alot of really creepy experiences shared here. Ryvre Willow, yours was absolutely beautiful. I love it!!!

I have a few experiences myself. One happened one night, when I was about 12 or 13. Some friends of mine and I were walking by the high school in town, which we obviously weren't attending yet. Anyways, the way it was built, it has a really long wing on the side with 2 rows of windows, one on top of the other. Both rows have about 12 windows. As we were walking toward the school, we were all facing forward and so all three of us saw all 12 windows light up all at once. Then, suddenly, 3 or 4 in the middle turned off, and the one on the very left end started blinking on and off rapidly, then they all turned off. This happened in the space of about 5 seconds. Young, stupid, and curious, we decided to investigate further. So, we walked up to the school, came around the left side of the wing, and looked into the window on the very end of it. (Not on the end of the wing, but around the corner, the window looking into the downstairs hallway.) We looked in, and saw a TV on one of those roller trays they have for TV/VCRs at schools. It was just sitting in the middle of the hallway, unplugged, yet the screen was on and was projecting static. We were so creeped out we ran away...

Later on, when I was about 15 or 16, I stayed over at a friends house, which was across the street and up the block a little ways from the high school. We had been friends since grade 1 and he'd always told me about hauntings in his house, but I'd never encountered anything before. His house was built in the early 1900's as a church, and later became a mortuary. Anyways, this one night, another friend of mine and I stayed over at his house. We all slept upstairs, in his room. His dad and two sisters were out of town, staying at his dad's girlfriend's house, so we were all alone. We went to bed that night, and my two friends fell asleep, but I couldn't. I was awake by myself for about an hour, when I started to hear a creaking on the stairs. I soon noticed that it was the sound of someone walking up and down the stairs continuously, and I started to freak, thinking it was someone breaking in. I hid under the blankets, and somehow, eventually passed out. In the morning, when we were all waking up, I told my friend about what happened and he calmly and nonchalantly said, "oh yeah, it was probably the ghost."

He preceded to tell me stories about the house, and it is DEFINETLY haunted. He's seen the upstairs ghost, and heard it on several seperate occasions. One night, he saw a figure of a human suddenly appear in a sheet hanging from an archway. His two sisters have both seen it, together and seperately. And one night, when his dad first moved into the house by himself, he felt it walk right across the foot of his bed...

Another ghost story about that house. This one happened to my friend alone. I wasn't there. This was later on, at about age 18, when he moved his room down into the basement. The ghost that dwells in the basement seems to be malicious, while the one upstairs appears to just play tricks and do no harm. Anyways, one night while my friend was asleep in his room, he was having a dream that he was laying in his bed, just how he was in reality. His cat was laying on the floor and hissing at something, all the hair on his back standing straight up. He was looking towards the doorway and just hissing and freaking out. When my friend looked up (this is in the dream, mind you) he saw a black outline of a man standing in the doorway. This scared him so badly, that he immediately bolted awake. He woke up to the sound of his cat, on the floor, hissing, freaking out, and looking towards the doorway, just like in his dream. He was so afraid, that he bolted upstairs, and spent the rest of the night upstairs on the middle floor of the house on the couch. When I came over the next day, he was very unnerved and told me the entire story. Very creepy...

I've had many creepy experiences, both with ghosts and UFOs. I posted my UFO stories in the Alien thread in the Science and Technology forum, but I can repost them here, if anyone is interested.

Okay, here yah go.

It started out with just seeing objects at night that looked exactly like stars, but moved in irregular patterns. They would wobble, and zoom, and zig-zag, all over the place. I would constantly see them, on late night walks, and everytime I did, I'd be so intrigued that I wouldn't move until I couldn't see them, anymore.

My first surreal UFO experience happened one night, when a friend of mine and I where out driving around. See the town I come from is very small farming town, only about 4,000 people live there, and it's an hour away from the closest city. So there weren't alot of lighted objects in the sky that I could've mistaken for anything. Anyways, my friend and I were driving around, when suddenly he says, "woah, what is that?" and I look to my left, out in to a field, and there's this huge glowing light hovering in the sky. There was no way we could have mistaken it for a tower light or anything, because there were a couple towers nearby and this light was much larger, and hung higher in the sky. I've made a (crappy) drawing of the scene, to give you a better idea: here

Confused by what we saw, my friend and I sat watching this light for maybe 5 minutes, when suddenly the light turns (and we can see it projecting light forward, they way car headlights do--and the light turned in the same way you see the beams of light when a car turns) and it was as if it had some sort of cloaking device, because as it turned, it blinked out and was gone.

The next time came about February of this year. I was taking the bus from Alberta to Ontario with my girlfriend, and we were somewhere up in Northern Ontario. Again, it was night, and we both saw a strange light in the sky moving in weird patterns. It was blinking, and as it would blink, it would streak across the sky in a weird way, and it moved like that across the sky and down into a patch of trees. It's kinda hard to describe, so again I drew a picture: here

Recently though, I've been having sightings during the day of shiny, metallic cigar-shaped objects. The first came when I was in my backyard, about 2 months ago. I was sitting outside reading, and the I glanced up and saw it coming from the horizon towards me. At first, I thought it could've been a plane, given that there is an airport right near here. However, I couldn't see any wings on it, and it wasn't high enough up in the sky, that something like the wings couldn't be made out. (At the same exact time, I saw an airplane flying in the sky on the other end of the sky, and it was higher up, and I could make out it's wings.) The object just glided across the sky, at a steady pace, not making a sound, and kept like that until it was out of sight. About a month ago, I saw the exact same thing, while taking another bus from Alberta to Ontario. The third time, happened just yesterday, again in my backyard like the first time. And this time, I saw the object glimmering in the sun. And instead of coming from the horizon towards me, it moved from the left side of the sky, to the right...

I've always been seeing strange things in the sky, and have always been absolutely fascinated with Aliens, UFOs, and Crop Circles. If anyone has any insight into any of these sightings (especially the latest three of the cigar-shaped objects) that would be greatly appreciated.
