I made some more...

Buttons and seed bead necklace and button earrings.

Seed beads and blue glass lariat necklace for grandma.

 

And marble beads and wire...

 

I love the last one with the marbles.... that rocks. And I love the chunky button one too! Your Grandma is lucky!

Thanks everyone I appreciate it... I think the marble one is my favorite too. Although I really like the one that I made for my grandma that can't wear a lot of jewelry bc/s she has problems with the little clasps too.


For the button one, I just googled button necklace and I got a lot of basic instructions for it. My grams was actually the one who mentioned button necklace to me. The instructions are all pretty much the same, the only thing I added were the tiny (#6, I think) seed beads to one side. It's reversible, so one side has the beads and is sparkly and the other side is "traditional" and doesn't have the beads. Just my opinion- the seed beads are really nice and add a little sparkle to the necklace that is nice.
