My mother said this was a really good play, so I bought. It was on record, and a bit old, 1970, but in good condition. Anyways, it kicked ass! I did'nt even get the first side and I was in awe. So... are there any JCS fans? I really wanna get the play on dvd, but there are so many to choose from. I also want to get the sound track on dvd, but again, there is so many. I have the origonal recording, so I might just get that again, on cd. So which ones should I get? Also, do you think they'll even bring the show back?
Well, i have only seen the 73 verson, and l loved it ! so that's the movie i would recomend to you. ( even if you don't buy them you can browse.) Stu
the 70's movie version is in my opinion, better than the video of the stage play thats floating around, the play is done on a set with not much background, the movie was done actually on location also the movie cast just seem more believable for some reason but anyway thats like one of my alltime fav movies, it's totally awesome (and even not at all blasphemous like some people say, and that's coming from a christian)
Yeah, I'm thinking I'd like the movie version better too. I'll go to the movie store and ask one of the girls there. I did'nt know alot of christians were against the film.
