Interesting habits

    Whenever I am upset or apprehensive, I clean like a mutha.

    What do you do when you are upset/nervous/depressed, etc. ?

    Walk around outside, climb on the roof of one of the buildings downtown, listen to angry music really loud...hmmm...that's about it.

    I get away from everyone, just in case I spontaneously combust.

    hummm depends whats depresses me....
    If it's a work thing (which often happens as a nurse) l go for long walks with my dog..
    When it's a love thing l cry then get cranky and drunk..
    When l feel l've done the wrong thing or made a mistake, l beat myself up emotionally for many days.
    Then l get over it and wait for the next thing to depress me..

    when I get nervous I bite my nails, and I hate it so much!
    I've done it since I was very young and I can't seem to stop, I usually don't even notice I'm doing it.
