    The Garden of Life

    Hold me this frozen evening

    Teardrops

    Time stops

The garden of life is calling you

    Beneath the continuing dream

    Chimes ring

    Soul sings

    Beyond the material world

    Within us all the same

    Time’s slow

    The heart knows

That it’s Father wants it back

    That it’s Mother waits patiently

    Tears fall

    Forget it all

Just know the Light is there

    And it won’t ever leave

    Flashback

    World’s again black

And you think you’ll never again hear the Sweet Song

But don’t you see it was within you all along!

    Light within, light without
    light everywhere, beyond all
the light of lights, the light of self
the inner light, that I am.
