Hey there! When I was in Prague last year I heard about this festival and almost went to it.. I was on my own and looking for something to do for a few days cos I was seriously bored of wandering aimlessly around the city, having done the whole tourist thing to death! Anyway I got chattin to a barman in travellers hostel and he mentioned it, said that it was quite secret and no one knew where it was until the last minute. My self and another Irish guy who i had just met that nite, agreed that if we could find out where it was on, we would go and as luck would have it we met this czech kid the next day who took my number and gave us the exact location two days later, but we ended up getting too pissed (for those 2 days!!) and didn't go in the end mainly because when I woke up after this binge, the other Irish guy had fucked off to Vienna!! I didnt go because it was my first time travellin on my own but lookin back now i think i should have taken a chance... oh well there'll be other opportunities! Are you going this year? James

This year, it already was.. but didn't last for a long time, coz cops didn't let the people to go to that meadow.. and when those people got there, cops started biting them and wanted the to fuck off! Cops were so bestial, they were biting guys even girls, I even heard they bited some pregnant girl!!! Now, my country is divided: people who agree with CzechTek people and people who agree with cops. fuck off cops!

Oh my god your police are so fucking brutal! i mean what harm were these people doing to anyone? fucking pigs.. ...any excuse to use their power negatively "oh, look at all these people coming together in peace, to celebrate music and life... that threatens our existence... lets bash their fucking brains in..." The same thing happened on the streets of dublin about 3 years ago and there was murder over it ... just a bunch of hippies having a peaceful street party and the cops have a field day beating the shit out of unarmed and innocent civillians.. the media shamed the police-force but Im not sure if any cops were charged. People in your country should revolt
