I have a keloid and I'm planning on getting around to getting rid of it. A peircing shop told me to smash up some aspirin and mix it with some water then put it on every night. It worked, but I didn't end up doing it regularily enough.

Now I seem to have a bump forming on my helix ring. I've been washing it with spectro gel and doing salt soaks, but I think it might be too irritating to start with the asprin. Any opinion on that? And any other advice on preventing this one from growing?

What ever you do don't pop it.
I think the best thing to do is sea salt soaks. It's really helped me, and I am really lazy and don't do them regularly. Do at least two a day. Then maybe try the Asprin.. although I've never done that before.. but I've heard good things about it.

Sea salt and asprin. Sea salt with help cleanse the infection while the asprin with keep the swelling and redness down.
