How many of you girls hate your bra? I hate mine with a passion but its too noticeable if I go without. Oy-meh.
I dont like them at all, thats why I never wear one unless Im wearing top thats a bit on the sheer side. They are sooooo uncomfy!!
I HATE MY BRA WITH A PASSION I can't go without one in public cuz im in an F cup...but the frist thing I do when I get in the door is throw it off!!!!
I hate the way my breast would look if I didn't wear one, and I am not fond of the way they bounce around without one.
what ever happened to the good ol' fashioned bra burnings? i say we get with it again people! and throw the g-strings on the pyre too while we're at it!
Seeing as I have scoliosis, my right shoulder has a hump & curve in the back. Shoulder straps don't stay up no matter what ya do to them. When I raise either arm up the bra never stays in place and raises up over the breast so on the rare occasion that I used to wear one I was always having to adjust it. So I hate wearing the dumb things and usually don't wear any. Even though I breastfed 7 kids and now my nipples have the "cold look" 24/7 the pointy look is easier to deal with then a bra, besides if you have read my posts in the topless thread you already know my opinion on having to wear them.
i hate em, but wear them anyway. i've been wearing a bra for so long, that i feel like i look funny without one.
I like mine because my chest is too heavy to handle with out one. Plus, they leak still from breastfeeding and without one to hold my milk pads I'd be all wet. yuck
HATE BRAS!!!! The only time I wear them is if I have to go out formal or go to see clients. When I walk in the door I do that pull the bra through the armholes thing. Makes my dh laugh every time. I had to wear a bra for the entire first year I breastfed all my babies, because I leaked so much. I remember crying at night in the summer because I felt so constricted by the damn contraption, but I get a D or DD cup when I am nursing, so I couldn't ditch it until my kids were a year old or so and the leaking cut back. (Most womyn don't leak this much. I must have faulty washers in my breasts or somthing. ) My kids nursed for a long time, so I had to keep bras around for events where I might leak. I wear them when I see clients because it is more professional looking. I do hate wearing them. I only own three at this time. My last baby just weaned a few months ago at 4 and a half. I finally got to get rid of those lovely, industrial nursing bras!!!!
I only own own bra at the moment. I've worn it once this year. I was a marshal in my college's graduation and the white dress that I had to wear was too sheer for no bra. But, I just don't have the boobs that have to worry about it. Just barely a B.
Maggie Sugar, did you say that your child was 4 1/2 yrs old when you stopped breastfeeding? WOW, that's a long time. Most family members thought it was strange when one of my sons was breastfed until he was 22-23 months old. He refused bottles for anything...no juice or water in bottles and no pacifiers. I'm only a "B" cup and only rarely wore a bra, and only had owned those special breastfeeding bra with the first 2 babies. Maybe we should start a thread to see what people on this site think about breastfeeding after the baby has it's first birthday. I know this is normal in other countries but not in USA.
I know that feeling! He eats alot and I still leak like he hasn't. You remind me of my mom maggie... she loves to pull her bra out her sleeve, lol. She embarrashed me once by doing it in the car. *sigh and hides face* lol
I have some really comfy ones, but nothing beats braless-ness. I am now!Whoooooo! I'm kind of afraid to go out in public w/o a bra sometimes. Sometimes I just totally don't care. Like now.
I like wearing a bra. I don't like the feeling of going braless at all. It's really uncomfertable. I actually wear a bra to bed at night. It's just more comfertable for me.
