15th Annual Tye-Dye Festival (TN)

Hello, Just curious if anyone is going to the 15th Annual Tye-Dye Festival, which is just a small event of about 500 people in North Central TN Aug. 12-14 (in case you were wondering).

Anyway, I'm thinking about going.

Yeah, well I just wrote it like they have it spelled on the flier (or is that flyer?)

The UPS man who delivers to my lab is an organizer of it. He used to have it in his backyard but it grew and he moved. So now they found a campground with an ampitheater to have it at. It is only $15 for two days and they have about 11 local bands playing. Ther is also a river and a 4 hour canoe trip that ends at the campground. I'll be taking my kayak for a little adventure!

So far, I'm going alone. A couple of my friends were also thinking about going but don't think their four week old son is ready for that. So it looks like I'll be a loner except for knowing the UPS man (I just talked to him on friday but even can't remember his name).

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean?

Anyway I was hoping, by chance, to meet someone who might be going.

that sounds like so much fun! i wish we had a tie dye festival around here (san francisco area). if you can, try to take some pictures while you're there so the rest of us can see its awesomeness

 

I would go if I didn't have to work this weekend.
