Tv is great to watch when you are going to BED!!!!!!

I always leave my tv at night and I usually fall asleep watchin either family guy or futurma on adult swim on cartoon network. It's so funny !! It's the best I suggest if you can't sleep do this. It's my only way to get to sleep.

 

I fall asleep to either King of the Hill or Golden Girls. If I'm having a really rough night, I'll probably stay up untill 4:30 to watch Futurama

 

i like to watch tv while laying in bed, but i sometimes have a hard time falling asleep while having the tv on. unfortunatly for me, i dont have the remote to turn to tv off or change the volume, so i always have to get up to turn it off. But at least i can change channels through the vcr.

The light from the TV keeps me up. I can't fall asleep with a TV on.
