it has thick arms, chihuahua' have thin arms, it's a cat, whit thin hair and massive ears.....


or it's a flying fox and I'm just totally lost, I've never seen a flying fox w\ blue eyes, but I haven't seen a huge number of flying foxes....

 

Look at the snout and whiskers.
It's a cat.

 

varieties of flying foxes have snouts and noses and whiskers like that too though, but they do have thinner arms
