Hi, I am looking for a flash video I saw on this site some years ago (around 2001 or so) and I have spent literally HOURS looking for it and I cannot find it. This is what I remember: It was a cartoon, and there is a monk or something of the sort meditating outside when he gets hit in the face with a butterfly. He brushes it off until he gets hit in the face again with another butterfly. He gets out a book and starts to look up the meaning of this expierence. He passes up things like ice cream cones falling from the sky, and maybe getting hit in the face with some other things. He finds the butterfly meaning, and it tells him he must begin searching for the Buddhi. He falls through something into a sea of milk and he sees a penguin. He asks the penguin, "Are you the buddhi?" and the penguin just shakes his head. The milk drains out and he goes somewhere else, and I don't remember much after that, except that every thing he runs into he keeps asking, "Are you the Buddhi?" I think that in the end he falls in somewhere, and he does find the Buddhi, and he's all upside down. I know this sounds weird, but if anyone has seen it, PLEASE leave a link in response, or send me a private message. I look forward to being active in this forum again, it has been a while and I have missed it. Thank you for any help you can give me.
i think there is an archive section you may wanna check. I've been coming here since around 2000, but i don't remember anything of that sort.
I've been coming here...since,oh 2001 I think it was....definitely don't remember that. Sounds interesting though.
and I couldn't find anything. I could look again I suppose. I'm also going to post this plea in the Mind Fuck forum, I think thats where I saw the link to that flash so many years ago.....thank you all for replying anyway.
It's been so long, I really don't remember. I was in a band in those days, so it may have had something to do with riverside drive, that was my screen name on AOL, riversidedriver!, which is long, long gone. I dunno. Think I'm gonna ask in the philosophy and religion forum too....
