The Underage Nudes Thread-Yay or Nay?

i was just trying to see how many people really do care.. and whether or not i should continue posting anything remotely nude..since im only 17

 

I see nothing wrong with it really...technically it isn't exactly legal...but neither is me looking at porn...and well...XDDD

I wouldn't have noticed this topic unless you had started posting other threads round about it....normally avoid clicking on the do you think I am sexy kinda threads in case I get a big dose of something I might not want to see...

if you wanna keep posting pics just be aware that lots of people look at things like this and that people will potentiallly be able to access these sites years in the future...I just found a friends nerdy computer one from 1989!! anyhow it is all seeminga bit exhibitionist to me right now so come and see me in a few years and if you still feel he same way about the shots we can post them again!!

 

I voted NAY. So long as it stays at the nude posing level and doesn't progress to the blowjob facial pictures I see it as being a natural jesture. The unnatural jesture that you wouldn't be able to avoid would be the 400 pound greaseball jackin' off to it in front of his computer at 3 o'clock in the morning.

As the person who started this whole trip on ya, let me say simply this:

1) I'm far from a prude. As far as I am concerned I couldn't particularly CARE what two consenting adults do. And I'm not going to argue that 17 is almost 18 or like some people that there are 8 year olds who can fully handle the emotional maturity of sex. Don't go there. I don't like kiddie diddlers, believe age of consent to be reasonable, and respect it.

As for two consenting adults, er, or more, five on three works. Send me pics of those! Sure. Just label em as "not work safe" so I don't lose my job.... this site tends to be really good at that - certain threads are categorized or labelled as caution:nudity - and folks who put porn in other threads find it yanked. That works.

2) However - if you're under 18, there's a couple of things we might want to consider.

2a) You're young. You're used to being told you know nothing, you have no wisdom and maturity. That's patent bullshit. But believe me when I tell you many of the girls my age I went to high school with that did wild stuff at around your age ended up later regretting it. You've got to consider where the pics might go, what they might end up as, and who's viewing it and why. Everyone here considers that when he or she posts pics. Not that I think you're gonna run for President one day and have to step down from it cause the shots turned up, but you get my drift. I don't know if you're mature enough to fully understand what you're doing - I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But this is still an issue.

2b) When you post something to the internet, you're suddenly opening up a WHOLE HUGE ASS can of legal bullshit. Websites in the US or transmitting in the US with photos of a potentially adult nature have to register that all models are of age, etc. and that they know where they come from. New law most don't know about.

And keep in mind for many people it's their destination laws (e.g. where their eventual download is, not where the site originates) that apply. You might not run too afoul where you are - but someone in another county or country might find himself hauled before a court and considered a sex offender. That means they can't be cops anymore, can't run for office, can't teach and can't adopt kids. Just because they opened a thread which downloaded a pic, and downloading a pic constitutes trafficking in child pornography. What's the likelihood of prosecution? Minimal, really - unless someone wants to shut the forum down, maybe a troll pissed off at being banned, and calls some office which then pays Skip a visit.

The one thing ya gotta know is - the law is an ASS. Recently there was some poor fucker who had some girl run in front of his car playing chicken and almost get killed. He grabbed her by the arm and said "what the hell do you think you're doing?" Somehow that got turned into he could potentially have grabbed her to drag her into the car, and potentially that could have been cause he wanted to rape her - so for grabbing her and trying to yell some common sense at her, he's a SEX OFFENDER.

I hate rapists and pedos with a violent passion and have no problems with their pictures and addresses being on a website. But I don't wanna end up there too for opening the wrong thread, dig? Don't want that to happen to anyone else here, too.

Andie - I just wanted you to know that my concerns weren't about some Judaeo Christian bullshit but more about the fact that frankly I'm looking out for you (imagine yr dad or mum coming in and seeing the pics/finding out) and other posters. Imagine if Skip was asked to pay a $50,000 fine or something over this, or someone else ended up losing her kids in a messy divorce cause the husband subpoenad the computer and found "kiddie porn" on it (that'd look good in front of a judge). It's not likely, I know - but the point is one gotsta think of the repercussions and adjust ones behaviour to it. Hey, 18 is one year away - at that point you can celebrate it by posting X-RAYS of yourself if you want.

Perhaps - but in context - in a thread called "would you bang me?" - I found this out in another discussion to my horror - that could be turned by a prosecutor from a tasteful pic into intentional porn.

I don't care if a person is 17, they are usually more developed than a 12 year old, so the pedophiles aren't interested, BUT, there are plenty of other pervs who are. Maybe your pic will end up with an insulting comment on it used for forum flaming....

 

look i dont post pics often, i joined this forum and these are my first times posting, of course i wouldnt hold the camera for my daughter, but if she did i wouldnt be angry, as long as she accepts she knows what she was doing, she'd be 17 posting pics, i see no harm in that. anyways, this topic is starting to consume my whole experience on hipforums and is starting to become annoying and ridiculous, i understand what you all say, but please i made this thread for the poll, not to continue badgering me.. im not getting offensive, im very calm.

i know the consequences, and i took the pics off the site due to other reasons not because of my worries that someone is taking my pics..

some of them were taken down due to starting to feel guilty because im taken and id kinda be angry if my boyfriend were posting nudes while i was at work.

others were because of the whole underage thing
and others were because i just thought it was stupid.

..oh well

I'm not trying to badger you about this Andie - but look at this, you're starting to think this thing a little more through DAYS after you posted the pics.

One of the things that a certain number of years gives you, unless you're Paris Hilton, is the experience to know that you've GOT to think this stuff through a little better.
