Actually, there's no guarantee any of those so-called "penis enlargement" drugs would work, and something like penis pumps are out of question since they are said to injure tissues in the penis.

The average is about five inches. Five point one or two, and that holds true everywhere. The UK, China, America, there's no real diff.

As for enlarging, it can be done but only if you're an adolescent. The length of your adult penis is wholly dependant on a ligament, which limits its growth. In fact some Hindus who wish to take an unbreakable celibacy vow as part of monkhood cut this ligament completely in childhood and end up with an extremely long and completely useless penis.

If you're in adolescence, you can STRETCH the ligament, but once you hit your 20s, you're pretty much out of luck.

You can get more length out of surgery, which will detach the penis (half of it is inside your body) and reattach it further down the shaft, leaving more of it outside the body... but there's little to be done for girth.
