I hear a lot of people on here say they will only do natural drugs. But, what about drugs that use things derived from natural plants? Isn't that still technically natural because without the plant the drug wouldn't be possible.
its not really that interesting, its just a show of how silly people are to define their use by the naturalness of the drug. datura is natural but i think alchohol is better for you
All drugs are derived from plants, fungies, or animals; in fact, EVERYTHING synthetic (not just drugs) is derived from natural sources. However, one could define a truely synthetic drug as being one that's chemical structure has been altered to act differently than any naturally-occouring alkaloid (e.g, LSA -> LSD). Like Bill states, it depends solely on the compound in question; the synthesis of LSD from ET requires several highly toxic materials and a pretty complex chain of reactions...yet, LSD is not known to even be toxic in humans. In contrast, plants of the Nightshade family are extremely poisonous and produce some of the most lethal compounds known to man without ANY human intervention whatsoever...
